At WeTheYuva, activities are the heartbeat of our mission. Each initiative we design is rooted in the belief that youth must be empowered not only through education and training, but also through real-world experiences that connect them to culture, environment, and community. Our activities span diverse areas - heritage walks that bring history alive in Ahmedabad, India’s first UNESCO World Heritage City; natural farming projects that guide farmers and youth toward chemical-free, climate-resilient agriculture; and our podcast series “Conversations on Eco-Friendly Farming” that sparks dialogue on sustainable practices.
We also organise the Youth Interactive Knowledge Competition (YIKC), a platform for young minds to explore social issues and present their ideas with clarity and confidence. Through our Blogs and Articles domain, we publish inspiring content from experts and youth voices, ensuring knowledge is shared widely. Alongside these, creative initiatives in media, graphics, and community collaborations allow young people to express themselves and build skills that matter.
Every activity at WeTheYuva is a branch of our umbrella organisation, a tree of opportunities where youth can connect, collaborate, and grow into responsible changemakers.
At WeTheYuva, we organise heritage walks on a regular basis to ensure that younger generations and heritage enthusiasts become more aware of their history and cultural roots. These walks are designed to help participants learn from their ancestors, connect with traditions, and appreciate the stories that shaped their communities. Each walk is curated with a different theme or topic, allowing youth to explore new dimensions of their heritage every time.
Ahmedabad, recognised as India’s first UNESCO World Heritage City, serves as an inspiring backdrop for many of our walks. Its rich architecture, vibrant culture, and centuries-old landmarks provide living lessons that remind us why preserving heritage is essential for building a responsible and enlightened future.

To turn this belief into action, we launched the “Natural Farming Techniques to Mitigate Climate Change” project, rooted in both community engagement and youth participation.
Through this initiative, we work closely with farmers to promote sustainable, chemical-free practices that safeguard the environment, restore soil health, and ensure nutritious food for future generations. At the same time, we actively involve young people, reshaping their perspective on agriculture and helping them recognise farming not just as a livelihood, but as a powerful path toward climate resilience and a pollution-free tomorrow.
By bridging traditional wisdom with modern awareness, WeTheYuva is cultivating a movement where farming becomes a solution to climate change, a protector of biodiversity, and a promise of a healthier, more responsible future.
